Vatrushka with cheese
Delicious pastries from yeast dough. For the cheese lovers. Variation on the theme of khachapuri.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Milk

    40 g

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Sugar

    6 g

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

Dissolve in warm milk, the yeast, add a teaspoon of flour, mix well the mixture until smooth and leave to rest for 20 minutes.

Make dough. For this mix the flour, sugar, salt, softened butter. Add the yeast mixture. All mix well until the dough no longer sticks to the hands.

Prepare the filling: cheese to grate and mix with a raw egg.

Roll out 8 scones with a thickness of about 4 mm. In the middle of the tortillas put the filling and stung on all four sides.
