Cuban soup with chicken and banana
I tried this soup in Cuba and was amazed by the unusual combination of chicken and bananas. Picking a chef recipe, I learned what an unusual combination for us, however, very popular in the Caribbean. Here I share this recipe with you, dear cooks.

Ingredients

    0.5 cup

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Chicken

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    3 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

First boil the chicken broth

Rice Mistral Indica Gold cook according to the instructions

Mix rice with chopped carrots and garlic, as well as green peas and corn and tormented in soy sauce

Boiled chicken remove from broth, separate from bone and cut, also cut bananas

Add bananas and chicken to rice mixture, stir and a little stew together.

All put in a broth and priyem greens, also add red pepper, ginger and curry. I love the spicy because the peppers add a lot.. but it all depends on your taste and best of pepper in the finished dish individually. Cook all together a few minutes on low heat.
