Cooking
Couscous pour boiling water, cover and let stand 5 minutes, fluff with fork and leave until cool.
Heat the oven to 190гр. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat egg yolks with sugar in a magnificent mass.
Add to the couscous + orange zest, mix well.
