Delicious, light, fragile, and easy to prepare rice cakes. Try it!

Ingredients

For making rice cakes I used parboiled long grain rice the company "Mistral".

From the rice to prepare the rice flour (grind rice in a blender and sift through a sieve).

Mix the dry ingredients (flour, rice, and wheat, salt, baking powder, sugar). Add the egg, milk and butter pieces.

Knead the dough until a homogeneous consistency, wrap in cling film and put in a cool place for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
