Cooking
For making rice cakes I used parboiled long grain rice the company "Mistral".
From the rice to prepare the rice flour (grind rice in a blender and sift through a sieve).
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, rice, and wheat, salt, baking powder, sugar). Add the egg, milk and butter pieces.
Knead the dough until a homogeneous consistency, wrap in cling film and put in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Sheet for baking lay baking paper, grease with vegetable oil. From the test using the form to squeeze out circles and place on sheet.
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
