Pineapple drained, juice to collect. Pieces of meat to discourage, salt and pepper. In a bowl pour the pineapple juice and soak the pieces of meat. Leave the meat to marinate in the cold for 1-1. 5 hours. Meat fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown on each side. On each piece put a slice of pineapple, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a well-heated oven (180-200*C) for 20 minutes.
