Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    300 g

  • Brussels sprouts

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

In salted water boil the broccoli for about 5 min. Drain in a colander and drain off liquid. In the same way boil the Brussels sprouts and drain in a colander.

Mushrooms cut into slices.

Fry separately in a mixture of oil and butter broccoli, Brussels sprouts and mushrooms (sauté the cabbage for about 5 minutes, mushrooms - 15 minutes) Combine all the vegetables in the pan.

Pour the cream and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

The finished dish sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with greens.
