Potato salad and green lentils with capers
A hearty salad that could serve a full dinner.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Lentils

    50 g

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Greens

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Capers

    1 tsp

Boil the potatoes in their skins

Boil the lentils according to the instructions on the package
