Wheat-rye muffins with onions
Fragrant eateries muffins. Served for the first dishes, like dumplings, instead of bread.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Rye flour

    125 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

Cooking

Peeled onions cut into small cubes. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Mix rye and wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, black pepper and paprika.

Mix the eggs with sour cream and vegetable oil.

Add flour mixture and fried onions, mix thoroughly.

Silicone molds to fill the dough 3/4.

Put in a preheated 160 degree oven, bake for about 30 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden toothpick. If you want more ruddy muffins, then at the very end of cooking, for 5 minutes, increase the temperature to 200 degrees.
