Cooking
Pumpkin peel and seeds and cut into small cubes of equal size.
Slices of pumpkin put in a baking dish, season with salt, add 1 tsp of olive oil and stir. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice MIX TM "Mistral", as indicated on the package.
In a deep salad bowl combine the rice, pumpkin and parsley leaves, add lightly roasted pumpkin seeds. Prepare the filling by mix the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, honey and chopped garlic.
Season the salad, mix well.
