Arab dessert. Easy, delicious, something like pudding or jelly. Try it!

Cooking
Boil the juice from grapes to make 5 cups of 200ml. Boil, remove the foam and cool. Add to chilled juice semolina.
On a dry pan to bake nuts and sesame seeds. The original recipe calls for a crash (large black seeds), but I don't like them, so I replaced the hazelnuts. Instead of walnuts you can take pine nuts.
Added to semolina and juice.
Bring all to a boil. Boil a little, stirring constantly.
Pour into forms and cool. Cover with film and put in fridge over night for thickening.
I did not stop there and decided to experiment. Cook jelly according to the instructions - 1 tbsp poured 150 ml of boiled water (70-80 degrees) and put it on the fire, brought to a boil and added pudding (3 servings, 2 - left, as in the recipe). In the fridge overnight.
You can decorate with shavings of coconut.
