Cooking
Melt the chocolate (I have black).
Add the egg yolks, butter, cream, almonds (ground in blender) and rum. A good grind. Then cooling the mass so that it can be molded.
From the cooled mass, make balls, put inside whole almond.
Ready candy roll in cocoa.
The filling can be replaced with cherry that night was soaked in the cherry brandy or vodka. Rum can be replaced with the fragrant liquor. Topping can also be different. It can be grated or melted chocolate, coconut, chopped nuts mixture.
These candies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
