Traditional Italian dish really caught on in my family. I have done it very different, and here came me the idea to try another way. It was VERY tasty. It goes great in place of bread. Try and say WHAT you think about it.

Cooking
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with sugar. Cook the pumpkin until soft
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater
Of boiled pumpkin to make puree, a little cool.
The pumpkin puree add the salt, black pepper, paprika and crushed garlic.
In the flour to pour the yeast coming up and pumpkin a lot and start to knead the dough, adding the vegetable oil. The dough should be very soft, can even stick to the hands but slightly.
At this stage, I divided the dough into 2 parts and one added fresh dill, and another cheese. Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour. From the coming up of the dough to make hands cakes (not roll!) and put on a greased baking sheet. Grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds or sprinkle with cheese and leave for proofing for 20-30 minutes.
Bake at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
