Sweet potato pies
quick and simple to prepare, but very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Jam

  • Apricot

Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and mash. A little whisk, add the sugar, eggs, butter. Mix everything carefully. Add the flour, starch and baking powder, sifted through a sieve. From all this, knead the dough.

Roll the dough thickness of 0.5 cm, cut into triangles.

On each triangle put a spoon of jam. Since I have the jam ended before the dough, a portion of the triangles I put half of a canned apricot.

Each triangle roll and place on baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes.

Still hot cakes and butter. Enjoy your tea!!!
