Description
For this recipe my mom always baked a cake, but in a large sexnice. I don't have one. Her recipe requires a Cup of yogurt, but because the local population does not know what kefir is, and vaguely represents what should be a real sour cream, I changed it a bit. But it is no worse than your mom.

1 cup

Margarine
125 g

Sugar
1 cup

Chicken egg

Vinegar

Flour pancake

Cooking
Egg whisk with sugar. In the flour (my flour with baking powder already), add the margarine and give everything a good RUB.
Then here add the beaten eggs, yoghurt (I had strawberry) and raisins. Mix everything. The consistency should be like thick cream.
Spread into molds and bake until tender.
