The meat in the marinade was standing in the refrigerator for a day. Juicy and soft. Prepared quickly. I often resort to such cooking meat, not to spend a lot of time cooking dinner.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Marinade

  • Sauce

  • Pasta

    400 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

To shift the meat in a pan and simmer in sauce. Sauce any one that You like. My sauce: water, a little sour cream, corn starch, onion,dry seasoning with root vegetables and herbs, and Bay leaf. Mix well and pour into the meat, which is already on the stove with a small amount of water. From starch depends on the density of the sauce... the Sauce is ready and the meat too
