To shift the meat in a pan and simmer in sauce. Sauce any one that You like. My sauce: water, a little sour cream, corn starch, onion,dry seasoning with root vegetables and herbs, and Bay leaf. Mix well and pour into the meat, which is already on the stove with a small amount of water. From starch depends on the density of the sauce... the Sauce is ready and the meat too
