For the contest "10 components of a Winning" Debut, actually, my -- my first recipe for the site "cook". A casserole I came up with for my husband and daughter last month. The main idea was: "tasty and healthy", so the casserole there is nothing fried, mayonnaise, spices in moderation, the beauty of my nature more difficult, but what is sooo delicious, I guarantee you. When I saw the ingredients for the competition, thought to our veterans about the health benefits of thinking about time, age - venerable, I hope the recipe will be loved in many families. P. Thaw chicken, cut into serving pieces (2-3 cm), salt, cook until tender. Cook the broth in two waters (because of health benefits), but this lengthens the process.

Eggplant and tomato - diced. From the skins of the eggplant and Korean carrot I tried to make the tape of Victory.
In chicken broth simmer the mushrooms (+ spices for mushrooms) for 10 minutes, add eggplant, add salt (5 min). Next onions, carrots - simmer for another 10 minutes. Last tomatoes and 5 more minutes.
Collect casserole: layer of cooked meat + spices for the chicken. Layer steamed vegetables. Garlic cut into large pieces and randomly stick in the ground, add a couple of peas black pepper and Bay leaf. A layer of sour cream. Potato plates (+ a pinch of nutmeg), another layer of sour cream.
The three cheese on a grater, to fall asleep. Pepper. Put for 20 minutes in preheated oven. 5 minutes until cooked, remove the glass cover (I have a form with cover), cheese rumanetsa. Sprinkle with greens. Bon appetit!!!
