Ingredients

  • Minced fish

    350 g

  • Shrimp

    250 g

  • Figure

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Yellow bell pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Olive oil

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Half rings cut the pepper, onion and tomato.Fry in olive oil for 5 minutes.

While frying the vegetables, chicken make the stuffing, add chopped boiled shrimp, washed rice and egg.

To the vegetables add the fish stock or water salt and pepper to taste. Generated from minced meat balls and drop in boiling broth. Cook until soft rice. BON APPETIT!
