Very juicy pieces of MEAT!!

Ingredients

  • Escalope

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Pork scallops dry thoroughly with a paper towel, RUB with salt and spices, add the lemon juice, let stand for 2-3 minutes and pour over the cream. Let stand 30-40 minutes

And fry on both sides, turning the meat 90 degrees to form a mesh.

My scallops were very thick, so after frying I sent them in the microwave so they are "gone" for 4 minutes. Because, after all, that's pork, not beef, and it needs to be cooked completely. That's all!!
