Mexican chocolate cookies
This is a Mexican cookie and attracts with its rich chocolate flavor and an explosive note, which gives a combination of Cayenne pepper and cinnamon. Fully melted butter mixed with two kinds of sugar.

Add salt, pepper and baking powder, mix well. To drive one egg and beat slightly with a mixer until smooth dough. (Keep in mind that Cayenne pepper is sooo sharp. So if you are not big fans of spicy or want to cook this cookie to children, the amount of pepper it is better to reduce.)

Add the sifted flour and cocoa powder. Knead the dough. It is not too steep and a little stick to hands.

To make the topping: mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Take a piece of dough, roll it into a ball and then roll in sprinkles.
