Dessert
Very easy to prepare dessert which you can serve immediately or put into the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Silky light cream and crunchy pieces of cookies will give you moments of pleasure. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    250 g

  • Cream

    160 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

  • Extract

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Cookies

    100 g

  • Whipped cream

  • Chips

    2 tsp

  • Nuts

    2 tsp

  • Wafer rolls

    4 piece

Brown sugar grind in a coffee grinder to obtain powdered sugar. In the bowl of a mixer add the mascarpone, cream, cocoa powder, espresso, almond or vanilla extract and beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, still whisking, until stiff peaks.

Cookies cut into large chunks. I have ginger biscuits.

At the bottom of a large clear glass (or 2 portions), pour half of the cookie.

Spread on top of biscuits half of the cream.

Then put the remaining biscuits and cream.

Remove the dessert to cool in the fridge for half an hour or before serving. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, chocolate chips, roasted nuts and wafer rolls. Bon appetit!
