Vanilla cupcake with blueberries
One of my favorite berries is the blueberry. Have not such a delicate flavor that was a sin not to use yt to bake her a cupcake. Especially delicious this cake is still warm, soft and crumbly, and cook so simple and fast.

Ingredients

  • Blueberries

    1 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Vanilla

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Juice

    100 ml

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    100 g

Cooking

Beat butter with sugar in a light white cream.

Beat the egg

Then add the juice, zest, knead

Then add sour cream, knead again

Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, soda and salt. Knead until smooth.

Blueberries wash, dry and roll in flour. To the batter add blueberries, dusted with flour and stir manually with a spoon.

Pour the batter into the molds and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Readiness check splinter.
