Tender kebab, is pleasant to the taste. This kebab without the smell of fire, but very pleasant and tasty.

Cooking
Chicken meat cut into uniform slices. Half Cup add two spoons of vinegar, one teaspoon of sah. sand, two teaspoons of salt, kebab spices, Bay leaf and pour in the meat. Put into the refrigerator overnight.
Meat rinse and dry with a cloth so as not boiled in water but roasted in oil.
Fry on both sides in rust. oil until Golden brown.
Meat sprinkle with dry Basil.
Ready kebab served with potatoes and vegetables.
