Trout marinade
I had guests fasting. I had to think and try to make and it was delicious, and beautiful. Decided to cook fish. It was very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    1.2 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Bay leaf

  • Sweet pepper

    1 piece

Cooking

For starters, the fish were cleaned. Cut off the tail and fins.

From the tail fins and put to cook the broth, adding salt, pepper, Bay leaf.

Sliced onion half rings, carrot rings, very thinly sliced, sweet pepper thin polosochku, tomatoes smaller. Onions fry in vegetable oil, add carrots. Last tomatoes.

To the vegetables add the fish broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Our vegetables should not be too soft after boiling. Add the spices, salt, pepper. Turned vegetable sauce.

The resulting sauce pour the fish. If the sauce is too thick, add a little fish stock. And put in oven for about 30 minutes.
