  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla essence

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Melt the butter in the microwave until semi-liquid state or to get it from the fridge in advance, so that it became very soft. Whip it with a whisk along with sugar.
step-1
Add cheese (I have a smooth 5%), mix everything until smooth.
step-2
Add the egg and yogurt, stir again until smooth.
step-3
Add vanilla (I have essence - a few drops)
step-4
Add the flour and baking powder. Add the flour gradually, to cease as soon as the dough coalesces into a ball, while remaining sticky.
step-5
Here is the dough. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
step-6
Sculpt dough (hands should be in the flour, and the dough will be very sticky) balls the size of a walnut. Dip one side in sugar and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper or Teflon Mat, sugar up.
step-7
Of this amount, the test turns out 2 baking trays with balls.
step-8
Bake at 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes (watch your oven)
step-9
Let's drink tea! That's how delicious and fluffy cookies baked!
step-10
Help yourself, my good!
