If you are tired of traditional burgers - this recipe is for you. Quickly and easily prepared, does not require much effort, besides, cheap and cheerful! To avoid criticism I should add - this is not a traditional vareniky, just as I call them, because the composition is very close to the natural.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Buckwheat boil until cooked and mince together with meat and onions.

Salt, pepper to taste, mix well. Lightly whisk eggs in a separate dish place the flour.
