Pie with grapes
Pies with grapes is so good that almost everyone likes them! I want to offer the option of very light, soft and delicate cake with grapes.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    300 g

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Grapes

    270 g

Cooking

To combine sour cream with baking soda, leave to the side. Whip the eggs separately with sugar and a pinch of salt.

Add sour cream and baking soda and whisk. Then add boiled condensed milk and whisk. Gradually pour the sifted flour and mix well.

Grapes wash, dry and cut in half. Put in the dough, mix well.

Put the dough into shape (I have 22cm). Bake in a well preheated oven to 180* for 25-30 minutes. The finished cake can be covered at all sweet, with cream frosting. I covered boiled condensed milk and decorated the top with grapes and nuts.
