Brownies with pumpkin
I wanted to add, as a prepared dish to the "brownies pumpkin-chocolate" from Z Olga. Then, looking at not only the composition of the recipe, but the technology and the photo, I realized that the comment will be like a new recipe. Therefore, publish. More important note. Mine don't quite understand is typical for a dense moist brownie center, so this recipe is our family favorite.   • Butter

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    30 ml

  • Puree vegetables

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 pinch

In a water bath melt dark chocolate and add the soft butter. Mix well.

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, chili

Whip the eggs separately with sugar and vanilla sugar

Mix chocolate mixture, eggs and dry ingredients.

Pour in vegetable oil, add pumpkin puree and cinnamon

Stir until smooth and pour mixture into the form. Bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40-45 min (until dry matches). The main thing - not to overdo.
