Lamb in a spicy marinade with wine
The lamb main I have a special husband. Here is another lamb from him. Invented it, but was prepared with my help.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    600 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 piece

  • Thyme

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

    1 handful

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

First prepare the marinade. Once in the bowl where the meat will marinate. Press out the garlic.

Add ground ginger.

Balsamic vinegar.

Olive oil.

Tear fresh Basil with your hands and add to the marinade.

Add the rosemary.

And the thyme. All mix well. And a little heated. To boil is not given, but it was pretty hot.
