The lamb main I have a special husband. Here is another lamb from him. Invented it, but was prepared with my help.

Cooking
First prepare the marinade. Once in the bowl where the meat will marinate. Press out the garlic.
Tear fresh Basil with your hands and add to the marinade.
And the thyme. All mix well. And a little heated. To boil is not given, but it was pretty hot.
Lamb cut into portions pieces. Salt.
Put in the marinade and leave for 2-3 hours.
After a time, the baking form vystelim foil, cut onion into rings or half rings, spread the onions on the foil.
The bow lay out the lamb, pour the remaining marinade, cover with foil. Bake in a preheated 190 degrees oven for 50-60 minutes. The last 20 minutes, open foil and bake in the clear.
Serve it hot with potatoes or vegetables (from potatoes, we can't go anywhere, my husband only prefers it, and I'm with vegetables).
