Beet pie
I invite you to join me to prepare a bright beet tart with feta cheese and fragrant thyme. The dough cooks very quickly, without butter and sugar.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    80 ml

  • Salt

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Feta

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

Cooking

Pour into a bowl proseyannuyu flour and add a pinch of salt. Gradually pour in the warm water.

Add sunflower oil and knead homogeneous dough.

For the filling, grate the beets on a coarse grater, add the thyme and half a Cup of water. Cook on low heat until all the liquid has evaporated until tender (about 20 minutes). If necessary, pour more water.

The dough is distributed in the form (diameter 24 cm). Spread on top the beets, slices of feta and pour the egg-sour cream filling.

Bake at 180 degrees for 40 min.
