Pumpkin pie cake
It's certainly not a diet cake, but no calories. But vkusnyy. Bake it like this, sometimes adding cheese.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    800 g

  • Flour

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Stir 2 tablespoons sugar in milk. Add the flour, a little salt.

Knead the dough. Put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Pumpkin baked or boiled for a couple. Mash them with a fork, add softened butter, brandy, remaining sugar and egg yolks. (sometimes I do this a lot more add 150-200g cottage cheese) mix well
