Filler pie with young cabbage
Very easy and delicious pie with a young cabbage. Just a season! Unlike cakes presented on the website in the dough is not mayonnaise. It's quick, easy, and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Butter

    160 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

To chop the cabbage. Dill chop. Boiled eggs cut into cubes. In a pan gently stew the cabbage with a small amount of water. Add the dill. Salt. Pepper. Stir To Cool. Add chopped eggs and stir again.

Melt the butter in the microwave. Cool.

Mix sour cream, yogurt and butter.

Separately beat 2 eggs. Pour in the butter-cheese mixture. Mix well.

Enter the sifted with the baking powder and salt flour. Knead the dough.

Shape with a diameter of 23 cm of grease. Spread half of the dough, flatten. On top lay stuffing and again evenly spread the dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 190C until dry toothpick around 45 minutes. The finished cake to pull out of the oven, cool for ten minutes in the form and serve.
