Berry pie
Very sweet berry pie on puff pastry. Its great advantage - it cooks very quickly. This cake is for me a lifesaver when guests unexpectedly come, and when you just want something tasty, besides simply adore children.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Assorted berries

    1 kg

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough into thin rectangular layer.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the dough, making bumpers.

Put the berries on the dough (I had frozen: strawberries, cherries, currants, blueberries, sea buckthorn, gooseberry)

Prepare the sauce: mix in a blender cheese, milk, eggs, sour cream, sugar and flour.

Cover berries with the mixture and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, the cake should be slightly browned.
