Description
I'm crazy about the meat dishes at a spicy-sweet sauce. This time took the risk of improvisation, throwing the sauce all that came to hand. And the fridge just got bored of boiled meat. In the end, the taste all together and turned-zu-mi-tel-s'!!!

Cooking
Orange clean from peel, apricot from the bone. The skin of an orange do not throw away, it is useful to us later.
In a deep bowl press from the apricot and orange juice with pulp. The easiest way is to RUB the fruit on a grater. All the extra bones and skin in the process throw away.
To fruit juice, add nutmeg, finely chopped parsley and Basil, mustard and lingonberry jam. Stir it carefully. Salt and pepper is optional, it depends on taste. I had a burning mustard, so the salt and pepper I added.
Cooked meat (hot or cold - no difference) cut into slices.
Put the meat pieces in the pan (without oil), pour the cooked sauce and bring to a boil.
Then diminish the fire and simmer under a lid for 5 minutes.
Cooked meat put on a dish, in the centre, pour the sauce. Dish decorate with greens and slices of orange peel. By the way, if you love citrus bitterness, in the process of eating the peel is not prohibited to eat :-)
