In a small saucepan, melt the butter. In melted butter to pour kefir, stir, remove from heat and add soda.
Eggs slightly vzbit with sugar and vanilla sugar, add the lemon zest. Pour in the mixture of kefir - oil, stir until smooth.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. I poured 200 g all at once, and was afraid — the batter was thick. I thought the consistency was supposed to be more liquid, but the taste of cupcakes and the porosity is not affected.
Fill the molds with dough about 1/3 of the height and put into the oven pre-heated until 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Check the readiness with a toothpick. You can get out of shape and eat. Bon appetit!
