Rolls of chicken fillet with stuffing
A delicious meat dish. Rolls braised in milk sauce.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

Now finely chop the mushrooms

Mix and fry until cooked in vegetable oil. Cool.

Cut into cubes of Apple and cheese. Melechim greens.

Filisko cut along the thickness

Put the filling inside: mushrooms with onion, Apple, piece of cheese and greens. Held together by toothpicks.

In a deep pan, dissolve a piece of butter. Add milk.

And sour cream. The sauce can be a little salt. Lay out rolls so that the sauce covers them halfway. Stew under the cover. Rolls cook pretty quickly. Very tasty! Savory!
