Burgers from the black sea sardeli
Recipe from gourmet magazine with my changes. The burgers turned out juicy and tender. Thanks to the author for a great idea

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The fish clean from the bones, fins and head, do not remove skin (if large cut in half). Black Cardel can be replaced by capelin (which I did) or pilchards. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chop the dill.

In a separate bowl mix ingredients for batter, add the dill.

Put the fish in the batter and mix well.

Fish in batter spread on the pan with hot oil with a tablespoon (like pancakes). Fry until a beautiful Golden color on each side.

The finished patties on a platter, using lettuce as an air cushion and decorate as desired. Bon appetit.
