Description
Of course living in the middle East I could not pass up this recipe when I saw it in a cookbook. And it completely lived up to my expectations. As described in the book muffins to be tender, soft and with a slight hint of the East, but not cloying. Despite the large number of ingredients, simply prepared and baked very quickly. And now only you, my dear cooks to decide whether to try this delicacy.

Cooking
The products required.
Grind very fine not all for the filling.
I have a blender milled unevenly, something small, and something big.
Mix the flour, soda ( not extinguish), baking powder and powdered sugar.
Melt the butter. In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt, oil and egg.
Add kefir weight in flour, stirring gently, short strokes, so as not to violate the airiness of the test. The dough will be like thick dough, subleasee, if I may say so, more definition can not pick up.
The authors suggest to bake in paper rosettes inserted in the mold. I baked in silicone forms. Molds lubricated, fill 1\3 of the test.
Sprinkle a teaspoon of dry nut mix.
Add remaining batter to the ramekins were filled to 2\3.
On top add the remaining dry mixture. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. allow to cool in tins. The authors suggest to sprinkle the muffins with sugar syrup after cooling. I did not.
And now remains only to make a fragrant tea or, like me, have a coffee and enjoy your tea!!!
