These cupcakes did one French woman measuring products with the help of a Cup of yogurt! I liked the idea and the recipe and went to repeat! If there is no Cup, just measure out the desired quantity in ml.

Cooking
So, for measuring the basis I took the Cup multivarki, there is a merc - 120 ml that was measured!
Let's start with sugar - measure out 2 Cup of yoghurt or 2 times 125 ml pour.
Measure out a Cup of yogurt (I had peach drinking, but whatever), pour. Whisk.
Melt butter (again need yogurt Cup of oil!) warm and pour into a bowl. Stir.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Need 2 yogurt cups of flour or 2 times for 125 ml.
Clean the lemon and grate on a fine grater into the dough.
Stir, let it sit a little, the dough will thicken.
Spread on silicone molds not to the brim.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180*, checked the middle with a skewer.
Make a syrup for impregnation. Of lemon, which removed the zest, squeeze juice.
Connect the juice in a saucepan with the sugar.
Heat until the sugar has melted. Slightly boil down.
Prick the top of each cupcake with a toothpick and brush the syrup liberally with a brush. I walked 2 times.
