Citrus muffins to yogurt
These cupcakes did one French woman measuring products with the help of a Cup of yogurt! I liked the idea and the recipe and went to repeat! If there is no Cup, just measure out the desired quantity in ml.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    125 ml

  • Sugar

    250 ml

  • Flour

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Melted butter

    125 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece
