... or Pancakes in a bottle (part 2 ). In my previous recipe had disagreements about what the batter can not stand long in the fridge. I found a dough recipe that can be stored for several days, even 5 (!) days, its taste only improves.

Heat the milk, salt, sugar and butter in a convenient container to last melted. Do not boil, just heat.
In a large bowl pour the slide flour, make a hole. Pour vegetable oil and eggs. Start stirring with a whisk.
In the same batter, slowly pour in the warm milk mixture, continuing to interfere.
Stir until nice and smooth dough. Then pour in beer and stir again.
The same batter I poured into the bottle (on the bottle, I noted the date of 11/01/2011 dough) and put it in the refrigerator. The dough can be stored up to 5 days.
Dishes after making the dough, I think its not much :).
After five days (ie 16/01/2011), in the morning I took the dough, left it a bit to warm up and made pancakes.
Finished pancakes can then apply either with filling or without filling.
