Unleavened bread for athletes
Every year in Slovakia, in košice hosts an international Peace Marathon. This year was 92 times. We go "sick" for our friend. I want to offer you a bread recipe, which is included in the diet of our maratonki. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    400 g

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Sunflower oil

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Pumpkin seeds

    150 g

Cooking

Zucchini and peel the ginger and shave off the grater.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, baking powder.

In the second bowl mix the eggs with the butter and honey.

To egg mixture add the grated zucchini with ginger. Stir in pumpkin seeds.

3 time add the flour mixture. Mix well. A dough thicker than for pancakes.

Form smear with sunflower oil. Put the dough. From the top you can sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.

Bake at 170 grams. 45 as much as 50 minutes. Allow to cool completely and then select from the form. Unleavened bread for athletes ready! Very tasty with milk!
