Yeast-free quick bread
This bread, smelling of nuts, you can have time to bake for dinner and stay for Breakfast! Attention was drawn to its speed, as well as tasty additives. For the recipe thank you Oxana Chub! Added turmeric, it favor and color brought. Soda was replaced with baking powder.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    150 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.3 tsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Flour flax

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

Cooking

Mix both kinds of flour.

Add oat flakes (I had quick cooking).

Greens I have dry parsley, but dill or etc. Flax is whole, but I have milled into flour. Salt used Himalayan.

Stir and pour yogurt (if thick, dilute with milk or water).

Added your favorite turmeric)))

Spread dough in a greased form "brick" and sprinkle the top with a mixture of different seeds (which I have done for bread: pumpkin, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds of two kinds, flax).

Bake 30 minutes at 190*C.

Leave the bread to cool better, otherwise it will crumble.

When cool, cut off flavored bread and served for Breakfast with soft cheese, for example!
