Very simple muffins. Are prepared quickly, are baked even faster)))On my taste it turned out like soft baklava)))

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Water

    80 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    20 g

  • Halva

    120 g

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Mix the water and cocoa powder. Add the sugar, pour in vegetable oil. All stir to dissolve sugar crystals. Add soda, pour the vinegar. Stir.

Add the sifted flour and grated on a fine grater chocolate. Stir.

Now what about the filling. Take the paste, mash it with a fork. Pour water (if desired, water, milk substitute). Mix well. Pour a couple of tablespoons of flour (no slides). Stir. Get sticky mass.

In molds put paper capsule. Pour the dough so that the filling would not then fell to the bottom of the molds.
