Cooking
Mix the water and cocoa powder. Add the sugar, pour in vegetable oil. All stir to dissolve sugar crystals. Add soda, pour the vinegar. Stir.
Add the sifted flour and grated on a fine grater chocolate. Stir.

Now take out the cupcakes from the oven, let cool and ate))) And if you want more, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
