Candy Raffaello cauliflower and white chocolate
I love unusual recipes and often try, at first glance, incongruous, products together. So this time I could not cook these wonderful candy. For a basis I took the recipe of a famous chef Dmitry Zotov and the recipe Anne. It was very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • White chocolate

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Almonds

    10 piece

  • Coconut shavings

Cooking

Cabbage cut into pieces and pour cream.

Cook on medium heat until the cabbage is tender.

Grind into a smooth paste with a blender.

Wipe the mass through a fine sieve.

Melt in a water bath white chocolate. I have chocolate with nuts, so they are visible in the photo.

In a lot of cauliflower, add sugar, put on medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Mix the mashed cabbage and chocolate. Cool slightly.

Add the pieces of butter room temperature and mix well. Cover with cling film so it fits snugly against the surface and refrigerate for 2 hours.

That's how it looks after cooling.

From the resulting mass form a ball, inside put the almonds and dip them in coconut flakes.
