Salad with tender fillet of chicken breast, sauteed with sheets for Maggi tender chicken breast in Italian, with cheese, egg and marinated mushrooms. The salad added red onion, marinated in lemon juice with olive oil. Very tasty and satisfying-quite independent dish for dinner.

Cooking
The first thing I did is I pickled red onion, cut into half-rings. Put onions in a glass and put some lemon juice and olive oil. Removed the glass and covered.
