cut onion half-rings. Tolstoganova is poured into a pot of vegetable oil and fry the onions on medium heat until medium Golden brown.
while fried onions - carrots labor on a coarse grater. Grater in my blender, so that everything is done quickly. Add the carrots to the onions, stir, cover with lid and a little carcass. Meantime, wash the grater :)
To the onions and carrots pour the rice. Mix and fry in an open pan, until the rice becomes transparent. Add salt, spices, pour in the water. If you use water instead of broth, be careful of salt. Not perezalit! Close the lid and cook until the rice is tender.
The rice is ready :) It can be used as a garnish, and as a separate dish, by submitting to it, for example, vegetable salad.
