Beef stew with mushrooms and nuts
The idea of food was born spontaneously, like most of the recipes and it came out great and delicious. Try it!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Green olives

    50 g

  • Nuts

    20 g

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    50 g

  • Broth

Cut the meat into pieces 3 to 4.

Mushrooms soak.

In the butter in a well heated pan fry the meat (salted and peppered), add chopped onions and stir-fry for about 5 mins, add tomato, stir.

Add the wine.

Add soaked mushrooms, sugar, Khmeli-suneli, Bay leaf, and some broth, that would almost cover the meat and simmer on low heat until the meat is tender.

Add olives, cut into rings and nuts.

Will paricipate and serve.
