The pinnacle of chicken with buckwheat noodles
Very flavorful and tender chicken, tasty noodles - my version of a quick dinner...

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    500 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Parsley

  • Spices

  • Soy sauce

  • Noodles

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

1. Grind parsley

2. Cut into strips chicken breast

3. Tomato cut into cubes

4. Mix everything in a salad bowl, add the spices and garlic soy sauce. Marinate (my meat spent the night in the fridge).

5. Spread the meat in the marinade in a saucepan and simmer under the lid, then open, to evaporate excess liquid, at the end of cooking add a few tablespoons of sour cream, bring to a boil. ALL! Ready.

6. On the side I had a Japanese buckwheat noodles. In the cooking instructions advise you to cook it 10 minutes, but I cook less, I've for some reason it cooks faster)))

7. And the actual flow, around the perimeter of the dish place the noodles in the center of the turret fragrant chicken – Bon appetit!!
