Potatoes in cheese and cream sauce
Boiled potatoes with greens is a classic, it's always delicious, and if it is cooked in a sauce with cream and cheese - it's delicious and nutritious twice!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    50 g

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Dry white wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

  • Nutmeg

  • Dill

  • Broth

  • Garlic

In the boiling broth (salted) boil peeled potatoes(whole) and carrots (slices) for about 15 minutes, with the Bay leaf.

Add green peas and cook for another 5 minutes after boiling.

The water is drained and add the wine, cream, pepper, garlic, nutmeg cook on low heat for another 5-7 minutes and add the greens, cheese, stir and serve as soon as cheese is melted.
