Cooking
In the softened margarine, add brown sugar ( TM Mistral), vanilla and salt, whisking until smooth.
Enter the eggs one by one whisking after every 1 minute.
Add sour cream and whisk.
Add the flour and dry yeast (you can use compressed yeast). Knead the dough. The dough will be soft and can be a little sticky, but the flour is not necessary to add.
The tray (35*25) lay a baking paper. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, to transfer on a baking tray, form small ledges. Plum wash, remove seeds and cut into halves. Over the dough to put half of the plums skin to the test. Each half is slightly pressed into the dough. Cover with a cloth and put for proofing in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
Cane sugar to sprinkle plums, I use cane sugar Demerara TM Mistral. Bake in a preheated oven (t=200 C) about 30 - 40 minutes (focus on your oven).
