Description
Soft powdery plum cake. Pie dough is sweet and the plum gives it a little acidity. A lovely addition to tea.

Cooking
For the cake you will need plums, which must be pre-rinse with water and dry. Then remove the seeds and cut into small slices.
Eggs, beat with cane sugar TM "Mistral".
Add small portions of the softened butter and continue to whisk. Then pour olive oil and also whisk.
Add milk and whisk until smooth.
Sift flour and connect with baking powder. Add to the bulk and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into parts :1/3 and 2/3. 1/3 portion of the dough add the grated chocolate and stir.
In the form put the chocolate dough, then the dough is light. Put the form in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. After 10 minutes put in the form, spread on the surface of the cake sliced plums. Before serving pie sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pie is good both hot and cold. Enjoy your tea!
